Serves 2 as a main course, 3-4 as an appetiser.

Steamed 1/2 lobster, swordfish belly carpaccio, freshly shucked oysters, New Zealand green-lipped mussels and littleneck clams, boiled live prawns, in-house Applewood cold smoked salmon.
