14th World Oyster Festival: Event Information

Oyster season isn’t over just yet.

Good news for fellow oyster lovers — we’ve decided to keep the 14th World Oyster Festival going until 31 August 2026.

Why? Because many of our partner oyster farms are still harvesting at the peak of their season.

Rather than chasing a fixed lineup, we work closely with our farmers each week to fly in whichever oysters are tasting their very best. As the season evolves, so will our selection — ensuring only the freshest live-imported oysters make the journey from farm to table.
