Here's a quick guide if you'd like to cook up a batch of GFM calamari at home: 


Get Cooking

  1. Preheat your deep fryer from 200°C to 220°C.
  2. Moisten thin calamari strips with water or our Fish & Chip Batter Mix (sold separately).
  3. Evenly coat the strips with our popper flour.
  4. Repeatedly squeeze the coating with your fingers to create lumps.
  5. Fry at 200°C for 6 to 8mins or till golden brown.

Wheat flour, cornflour, pepper, chicken powder, ikan bilis powder, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate
