Here's a quick guide if you'd like to cook up a batch of GFM calamari at home:
Get Cooking
- Preheat your deep fryer from 200°C to 220°C.
- Moisten thin calamari strips with water or our Fish & Chip Batter Mix (sold separately).
- Evenly coat the strips with our popper flour.
- Repeatedly squeeze the coating with your fingers to create lumps.
- Fry at 200°C for 6 to 8mins or till golden brown.
