Served as a slab which requires heating up for the best enjoyment. Slice it up or shred it up as you prefer!


Heating Instructions
  • Steam: Microwave your pastrami in a covered container for 1 minute at medium or high settings for a steaming effect.
  • Grill/ Bake: Wrap your pastrami in foil. Grill or bake in a 180 to 200°C preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes to warm it through. 
Leftovers
  • Leftovers may be kept.
  • However, do note that the pastrami may get a tad drier with each instance of warming up.

Usage Ideas
  • Layered on slices of rye and a slather of mustard
  • Enjoyed as is with a caper aioli
