The mackerel, with its melt-in-your-mouth texture, is coated with a tangy sauce created by simmering mustard seeds and flakes of Brittany seaweed harvested by a local producer. Freshly produced Dijon mustard and neutral sunflower oil complete the subtle balance of flavours.
