Prepared simply with a fruity extra-virgin olive oil, the Saint Georges recipe offers all the finesse of tinned sardines produced in the purest tradition.

The sardines are caught when they are mature and in season, as close to Quiberon as possible. They are processed fresh and by hand within 24 hours of arrival.

Meticulously selected, brined and trimmed, they are delicately placed in tins after cooking. Carefully aligned, we present them with their white undersides upwards to show that they are still intact before covering them with olive oil to enrich and enhance the flavour of the fish.

Tips, advice for use
