Fish Cotriade

$17.80
Inspired by the family recipes of Breton fishermen, created by simmering several fish (conger eel, gurnard, mackerel) with vegetables, herbs, a touch of white wine and, the addition of some nice pieces of hake.

In the old days, fishermen would prepare soup from the best pieces of fish in the evening when they were at sea. The cannery La Belle-Iloise has recreated this rich and convivial recipe in the purest respect for tradition to delight you and your guests.
