Frozen Fillets Anchovy [100g]

Anchovy fillets in sunflower oil. The anchovies are filleted by hand as soon as they are caught, which maintains the rosy colour and flavourful meat. Often used to flavour sauces and fish sauces for their strong flavour, the anchovies are also a delicacy with a slice of fresh bread.
